We were very particular in our search and Anne was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about Anne's strategies through both of our experiences. In selling, she recommended we stage our house and do some prep work prior to listing and boy did it pay off - we got an unbelievable 20+ offers on the place. If that wasn't enough, she crafted an offer for our new house that "won" us the place, despite not being the highest bid. I am very picky and Anne was always patient, thoughtful, and professional. Anne has a wealth of experiences to draw from and this is critical in a good Real Estate Professional! Four years after the purchase of my home Anne is still keeping in contact with me about my home. My experience with Anne was just wonderful. She makes buying a home a great experience! She knows exactly what to bid and how to make a bid exceptionally appealing to the buyer. On top of that, it's not all business with her. She really does care about your happiness. Finally, she has connections to all the contractors, interior designers, and so on that, you'd need. In a nutshell, I highly recommend her!

Anne is an amazing agent. In the bay area buying a home is a serious process. Anne went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us the house of our dreams. Our close took 6 months due to property encroachments and other shenanigans caused by the owners. Anne was always 4 steps ahead in the process of making magic happen when we had almost lost hope. She found ways to get us keys to the house for contractors to come through, she found us, contractors, to do the work on time, she suggested a great loan broker, and she made our experience human. Buying a house is not just a transaction, it's an emotional experience and she was there every step of the way to make sure we found a way to make our dream come true. I recommend her highly and will always be grateful for the overtime work she put in to make our dream a reality.

We had spent 3 years unsuccessfully on the housing market with another agent and had decided to give up our frustrating search after 12 failed offers - when a friend recommended Anne. We quickly understood that with her you work with the best agent in the East Bay. She knows her business and the market, is extremely experienced, a sharp negotiator, but does everything with great charm and elegance. She tries to get the house for you without just unnecessarily pushing the prices up (as most other agents do). Anne is very respected and well connected and we would never choose another agent. She is THE agent you want to work with if you want to buy in the Bay Area! And even after we bought the property, she continues to be an excellent help with all the work we intend to get done in the house. She provided extremely valuable advice throughout our rather short search with her and she has our deepest respect.

Anne recommended a great team of professionals who got to work right away and did an excellent job in getting my home ready to sell.
